What happens to my voice and photos?

Your voice is turned into text on your iPhone, and the recording isn’t kept or uploaded. The text of what you said is stored with your account, encrypted with a key of your own.

Meal photos are read and then gone: they aren’t saved. To understand what you said or photographed, Tone sends it to an AI model through a service set to use only providers that don’t store or train on it.
